Facebook has decided to release them to relicense Jest, Flow, Immutable.js by MIT license. Facebook was at one time using the BSD plus Facebook's patents because those patents were able to protect the site from patent trolls. Facebook still had several worries about possible legal actions that could be filed against them, so they decided to move to the Open Source Software community.
