Coming Soon, a New Tool to Boost CSS Coders' Efficiency

CSS coders are frequently looking for new tools that will boost their efficiency. A new tool is available. Called the CSS Grid Layout Generator, this tool provides programmers with the ability to generate usable code for about 98 percent of their site development needs. The people who tested this tool feel that it is ready for production, which means that a lot of programmers could add it to their boxes.
The CSS Grid Layout Generator features code that works on versions of Internet Explorer 11 as well as the newer Edge explorer. These web browsers account for most Windows systems that have been made in the past five years. When used on the Internet Explorer 11 browser, some of the grids and codes created by the CSS Grid Layout Generator will not operate perfectly. The basic grids will still perform well.
Users noted that the CSS Grid Layout Generator requires coders to include specific margin settings for Internet Explorer. The grid gap function is not supported by the browser. The page margins have to be coded for use on Internet Explorer using the margin and style sheet functions. If the programmer forgets to make the margin codes specific to Internet Explorer, the result is double margins on all of the other web browsers.
CSS Grid Layout Generator may also cause an issue in Internet Explorer 11 for grid columns. These functions do not always perform how programmers expect them to. Developers may be better off manually coding the columns that they desire for use in Internet Explorer 11. There is a grid column workaround, but it takes more time to code than using the CSS Grid Layout Generator.
Each time a new tool is created for CSS development, coders should check it out. The tool could prove to be an easy way to boost efficiency or learn something new. Even if the tool is not what a person needed, developers grow from trying out new things and exploring the wider world of what CSS coding can do in all of the different browser versions that support it.
